Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born June 13, 1962 in the United States is an actress. In 1983, following her first film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack part of WarGames in 1983 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was well-known as a part of this group. Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award Best Female leading for her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy was born in the United States and is an actor and an writer. The early 1980s were when she started her career as a film actress with the thriller film Bad Boys. She was highly acclaimed for the film. Rick Rosenthal was the director of this film, with other actors also prominent such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. The actress was in The Breakfast Club in 1985 which was a comedic drama following her initial fame. John Hughes' film is thought to be among the best high school movies ever made. It was produced for only $1,000,000 but it grossed in excess of 50 million dollars. Meanwhile she had also started appearing in various TV shows including CBS Schoolbreak which was her TV debut. It was a show for teenagers which began in April of 1980. Other TV shows she appeared in include Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues.
